 Dudley Delight!
Before Episode 2 of Across The Andes- Beyond Boundaries, Liam went to Dudley in the Midlands to speak for the Dudley Dyspraxia Support Group.
Despite the long 3 hour journey and the fact he was noticed on the train by a Leicester University student, Liam arrived in Dudley with intention to share his story. Indeed, this did occur and after a slap up traditional Dudley carvery, Liam spoke to a 30 strong audience where he answered questiond and spoke about dyspraxia in depth, before allowing his listeners to go home to watch him on the TV.
"I have been to lots of places to do talks, but I have never felt so welcome and wanted like I have felt in Dudley, the people are marvellous and the work Sue and Angie and co do is phenomenal"
Liam watched the programme with the group, before leaving early the next day for home, thanks to the chaffeur skills of Angie's husband.
Liam was given £80 for his talk and thanked the group for the humbling donation, and has promised to return at Christmas for the group's Christmas party and a Dudley Balti.
